Meet the team

The heart of APAP is our small but dedicated team.
Driven by compassion and our shared values, we collaborate everyday to provide personalised support to our clients to build a future free from homelessness.
George
Chief Executive Officer
George joined APAP as CEO in 2022. He has 15 years’ experience working across homeless and resettlement services in the voluntary sector. He has managed a variety of commissioned and non-commissioned accommodation services across London for national and local charities.

Grace
Services Manager
Grace has been with APAP since 2022. She is currently studying a part-time Master’s in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and training as a psychotherapist, with a focus on making mental health support more accessible for people facing barriers. She is also involved in local night-time outreach with women at risk.

Emily
Deputy Services Manager
Emily has a BA in Social Anthropology and an MA in International Law and joined APAP in 2024. She has a strong interest in politics and feels her work at APAP helps her contribute to a better world in a personal, constructive way, creating a point of local connection to services for those who are isolated from community.

Project Worker
With APAP since 2023, Erum has a law degree, and is a qualified social worker with a masters in social work. She is passionate about supporting and advocating for people in her local community, especially marginalised communities.

Project Worker
Andrea holds a degree in Politics and International Relations. Andrea joined APAP after working for a large homelessness organisation, so she could support people in her local community more directly. Andrea specialises in working with our night shelter clients, many of whom are facing immigration issues.

Sharon
Project Worker
Sharon has a degree in Law, and has volunteered in a variety of roles including at food banks, youth projects, the Citizen’s Advice Bureau as well as undertaking humanitarian work abroad. Having grown up in Enfield, she is strongly committed to advocating for people in her community.

Matt has extensive experience in supporting people facing mental ill health, homelessness and substance dependency. Before joining APAP, he worked across community services delivering person-centred support, crisis intervention and wellbeing programmes.

Volunteer Coordinator
Teodora has over 22 years of experience in the voluntary and charity sector, working on community-related issues, human rights, and environmental justice. She believes volunteering is a way to empower communities, strengthen solidarity, and create lasting positive change.

Income and Development Manager
Amy joined APAP in 2019. She has more than 15 years' experience working in the migrant, homelessness and VAWG sectors. She has extensive experience in frontline advice, organisation and service management and development, and fundraising.

Community Fundraising and Partnerships Coordinator
Kumar joined APAP in 2025. An experienced Community Fundraiser, Kumar previously worked at War Child and PETA and has volunteered in a range of community projects focused on supporting vulnerable people.

Morgan
Project Manager and Outreach Worker
Morgan has a degree in English Literature and is a qualified social worker. She has worked for many years on the frontline in homelessness and social care in day centres, accommodation, on outreach and in specialist women's services. She is also a trustee and volunteer of a Hackney refugee and asylum charity.

She joined APAP in 2026 to work with the new Woman support project and has experience working with gender, migration and social policy.
